Employment agreements are legally binding contracts between the employer and the employee. Physician employment agreements are significantly more complex than standard employment agreements and it’s important that a physician have the counsel of an attorney who is an expert in this field. Attorneys will specialize in certain areas of law that they choose to practice in much the same way that a physician will choose a specialty.
